In this assignment, I was tasked to replicate the type-spec of a magazine publication (British GQ: The 2025 Men of the Year Issue) for a found article online. The article I selected can be found here.
Replication of look and feel the magazine was the primary goal; The secondary goal was to create a type-centric, editorial illustration. Taking inspiration from the night sky that the article discuss in terms of combating light pollution, I created two illustrations (the intro and secondary) that also complimented the type-spec of the magazine.
